Cancellations and Returns

Please contact us if you wish to cancel an order or return items that have been shipped.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return it.

Provided items are still in a resalable condition and have their original packaging, we will be happy to refund you less the shipping fees incurred.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for personalised or customised items. These include signed items (lyric sheets, CDs, vinyl etc.), or any other item that has been modified specifically for you.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
